In the C 12th St Bernard founded the Cistercian abbey at Mores. The monks were the first to make wine here. The abbey, which was situated between Celles sur Ource and  Landreville has long since gone.

Our vineyard of about 20 hectares is situated in a beautiful area called the Côte des Bar.
The vines grow on land in the communes of Celles, Landreville, Ville sur Arce and Les Riceys.
It's from here that the famous Rosé des Riceys gets its name. We will be proud to present you this wine that was loved by Louis XIV.

Our clay-chalk soil and the exposure of our 15 parcels of vines suit perfectly the grape varieties grown in the Champagne region Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Their juice with its wide range of tastes and aromas create the richness of our cuvees of champagne.
